Returns

  • You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • We do not accept returns for items that are:

    • Custom-made or personalized

    • Sale/discounted items

    • Accessories or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer size exchanges for the same item (subject to availability).

  • To initiate an exchange, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return
